F.A.Q.

Do you offer certified language courses?

Yes, if it’s relevant for you and your company. We offer certified language training that can include recognised certifications (TOEIC, Linguaskill, Bright, etc.) as part of your programme.

But this is not always mandatory: we prioritise tangible progress over diplomas. The goal of each professional language course is for you to feel confident in everyday communication: emails, meetings, calls, or international exchanges.

How long does a training programme last?

There is no standard duration. Each language programme is tailored to your professional needs and language level. A course can last 10 hours or 40 hours, spread over a few weeks or several months. What matters most is that learning remains practical, relevant, and integrated into your professional reality.

Do I need a good language level to start?

Not at all.

Our trainers support both beginners and advanced learners. What matters is not where you start, but where you want to go—and that we build the learning journey together, effectively and enjoyably.

Can I take the training remotely?

Absolutely. Many of our courses are online via videoconference with a professional trainer. Online sessions remain interactive, human, and practice-focused. You can also mix online and in-person formats to suit your schedule or team.

Is a level test mandatory?

Not necessarily.

We mainly assess your fluency in the language—English, French, Spanish—through real-life situations rather than rigid scales. The goal is not to grade you, but to understand your language habits and create a programme suited to your level.

Am I committed for a long period?

No. You can choose a short course or a longer programme, try an initial phase, and adjust according to your progress and professional needs.

We build learning for the long term, but always at your pace, with regular trainer support.

Do you offer follow-up after the training?

Yes, if needed. We can schedule a follow-up session a few weeks after the programme ends or provide additional support to reinforce learning. Professional training is continuous and adapts to your evolving role.

When and how can I take the courses?

Our programmes adapt to your schedule and professional commitments.

Courses can be taken online via videoconference or in-person at your company anywhere in the Nord or Hauts-de-France.

Timings are flexible, formats varied, and every programme is tailored to your specific needs: intensive, continuous, or modular.

How long does it take to progress?

Progress depends on your starting level, chosen language, and course regularity.

On average, 20–30 hours of professional language training can lead to one CEFR level improvement. Our trainers continuously assess progress and adjust content to match your objectives and learning needs.
