42 employees of varying levels work within an international customer service department based in Lille. The team needed to gain confidence and fleuncy in order to improve communication with English-speaking subsidiaries and enhance the quality of exchanges during video conferences.
Solution
13 mini-groups of 2 to 4 participants were created, organised by language and level. Each group took part in a 40 hour professional language training programme over the course of a year, combining online sessions, job-specific role plays, and collaborative activities led by an experienced native English trainer.
Result
Participants advanced by one CEFR level, greater fluency in meetings, and stronger international team cohesion. Participants now feel more confident speaking spontaneously in English in real professional situations.

A customised 30 hour professional English training programme was created, focusing on real-life scenarios: welcoming customers, presenting products, managing orders, and polite exchanges. Sessions were conducted on-site, in authentic working conditions.
